Our fully rebuilt Bühler MPAH plansifter goes through a thorough, loving restoration before it reaches you.

We start by taking the whole machine apart. Inside, we replace every worn part – any rusty components get sanded and black‑oxide treated. We also clean the bearings thoroughly, flushing out old grease and packing them with fresh, high‑quality lubricant.

The sieve frames are fully customized to your needs: we fit new aluminium sieve cores, fresh sieving screens, and your choice of plastic or wooden frames, plus cleaners to keep everything running smoothly.

If your mill layout requires it, we can even modify the outlets based on your flow diagram – just let us know your specs.

Finally, we give the exterior a complete makeover: new powder coating and paint, plus felt seals on the doors to guarantee perfect airtightness.
