New Arrival: Refurbished Buhler Purifiers – Like-New Quality at Competitive Prices

We have just completed a fresh batch of refurbished Buhler purifiers. Every unit undergoes a rigorous restoration process to ensure reliable performance and long service life.
 

Our Refurbishment Process:

1. Complete Disassembly & Cleaning: The purifier is fully dismantled, and all components and the main body are thoroughly cleaned.

2. Repainting: The main body and selected small parts are repainted for a fresh appearance.

3. Reassembly & Component Replacement: After painting, reassembly begins. All wear-and-tear parts — including acrylic panels, fabric socks, small handles, rubber springs, rubber bushings, and screws — are replaced with brand new ones.

4. Sealing & Final Assembly: All sections are joined together. Leather connecting strips and rubber sealing rings are also replaced to ensure optimal sealing performance.

5. Motor & Sieve Frames: The motor is installed. Brand new sieve frames, pre-fitted with felt strips, metal hooks, and plastic clips, are placed directly into the purifier.

6. Accessory Box: Extra parts such as brushes, sliding rods, aluminum hooks, and plastic threading strips are packed in a separate accessory box, allowing customers to install screen mesh according to their specific process requirements.

7. Testing & Packing: Each machine is test-run to confirm normal operation before being packed and sealed for shipment.
