Here's our streamlined refurbishment process:
Disassemble & clean – remove motor, rotor, beaters, screens, bearings, and drives; label all parts. Then deep-clean to remove bran, dust, and grease.
Inspect & replace – check spindle straightness, rotor balance, and bearings. Swap worn beaters, screens, bearings, seals, belts, and fasteners.
Repair & surface – fix deformations, weld cracks, restore flanges; repaint exterior (food-contact areas get safe coatings).
Install & balance – reassemble rotor, spindle, screens, and bearings; check alignment, clearance, and dynamic balance. Overhaul drive system (belts, pulleys, guards).
Test run – idle test for vibration, noise, temperature, and current. Then run with material to verify capacity, scouring efficiency, and product quality.
