Refurbished Buhler Airlocks MPSN-22/19 – Reliable Quality, Ready to Install

We have just completed a new batch of refurbished Buhler MPSN-22/19 airlocks. Each unit has undergone a thorough restoration process to ensure stable performance and reliable sealing for material discharge and airlock service in pneumatic conveying systems.
 

Our Refurbishment Process:

1. Complete Disassembly – The airlock is fully dismantled down to every last component.

2. Derusting & Surface Treatment – The inner housing is derusted, the rotor blades are treated with a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, the exterior housing is repainted, and the upper sight glass tube is replaced with a brand new one.

3. Reassembly & Seal Inspection – The unit is carefully reassembled and each machine is tested for proper sealing performance to ensure leak-free operation.
