The MPAH is a key machine for flour mills, separating particles by size to produce high-quality flour. It uses multiple sieve stacks to sift and grade material from wheat, rye, and corn, ensuring consistent end-product quality.
 

Our refurbishment process for the MPAH includes:

• Disassemble – remove sieve frames and meshes.

• Clean & inspect – clean the sifter box; check for cracks and deformation.

• Check sieves – inspect screen for damage or clogging; verify frame flatness and sealing.

• Check suspension – inspect hangers and supports; check eccentric mechanism and counterweights.

• Replace & test – replace bearings and seals; inspect drive; repaint; adjust balance after assembly; run idle test.

We also offer factory-quality original parts including frames、insertions、sieves and streching machines.
